Hi, I’m Ashley Polston,

I am a follower of Jesus, a wife to a strong husband who loves the Lord, and a mom to the two most beautiful and amazing daughters in the world. I love speaking, writing, and encouraging others—especially women, families, and people in recovery.

I know what it is like to walk through addiction, trauma, brokenness, shame, burnout, and hard seasons. But I also know what it is like to experience the grace, mercy, and transforming power of Jesus.

Through speaking, writing, and Christ-centered encouragement, my desire is simple: to point people back to Jesus and remind them that healing is possible, hope is real, and purpose can be found in Christ.

I love speaking to women, families, and people in recovery with a message of hope, healing, and purpose in Christ. Through personal testimony, biblical truth, and Christ-centered encouragement, my heart is to remind others that they are loved, they are not too far gone, and Jesus can meet them right where they are.

Whether it is a women’s event, church gathering, recovery ministry event, or special service, I would be honored to prayerfully consider coming to speak and encourage.
